1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with jaya99 or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.

jaya99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the eligibility criteria above have not been met or where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jaya99 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not share your jaya99 login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your jaya99 account and must not reuse the same password across multiple online services.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaya99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Player's account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements and provided that no wagering conditions remain outstanding on bonus funds.
• jaya99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Deposits that cannot be matched to an active jaya99 account will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe. jaya99 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jaya99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible Players. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes agreement to the following conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

• The use of multiple accounts, collusion between Players, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms will be treated as fraudulent conduct. jaya99 may cancel all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts involved in such conduct.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new Players on their first deposit. Existing Players who close and re-register an account to claim a welcome bonus again are in breach of these Terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed and games played on the jaya99 platform:

• All bets placed on jaya99 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where jaya99 expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances (for example, a sporting event being cancelled before it commences).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya99 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with jaya99 in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to jaya99 support immediately. Players who exploit known errors and do not report them will have associated winnings voided.

8 Responsible Gaming
